Every year with my children was wonderful
No matter where we were different places we lived- some years we were doing much better than others and we would go to the fireworks stand and I’d let them pick out whichever ones they chose- so we could drive far out of town where we could no longer see the city night lights beaming and we would ignite those fireworks and the light from those bursting fireworks would be bouncing light across my children’s faces with the biggest, purest, most innocent smiles grinning ear to ear.
