When we have children we often don’t think about how they are going to handle being in this fucked up world we decided they are going to be a part of. It’s kind of fucked up in a round-about way. As a mother of two teenage boys I realize how my drug use and bad decisions has affected their future. But instead of saying, shoulda woulda coulda – I am just listening cause that’s really all they need to be happy is a sober mom who listens.
