Being seen and being heard. Are they the same or are they different?I’ve been seen everyday but I haven’t been heard everyday. I feel like being heard is much more meaningful than being seen. Anyone can be seen. Anyone can be heard as well, but how often can you say, I’ve truly been heard? Not so much.

It’s an unbelievable feeling to have someone hear you. You start being overwhelmed by the fear that what you’re saying might be true. But the feeling of assurance takes over by the sight of the person hearing what you’ve said.

Being seen doesn’t have to have any words to be heard. I could do a small kind gesture and have someone see me do it. Now if I said a small kind gesture I could be seen and heard. So I have to ask myself, are they the same or are they different?
