My shield is up on full force. I have finally learned how to control it a lot better – not only that but since when is the appropriate time to build my bubble bigger just to play it safe from from intruding negativity trying to invade my time, my space, my energy. I just don’t understand how some people can be so obtrusive, rude, obnoxious, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Self preservation is a constant must.
